Community, as well as providing a safe place for it, is very important to us here at WMBC. Throughout the year we host a variety of events for children and families that are open to the public and usually free of charge. We hope you will join us as we continue to build a safe and loving community in Southwest Houston.
Thanksgiving Dinner & Worship
We hope you will join us for our annual Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday, November 19th beginning at 5:30pm in the Fellowship Hall, followed by a Service of Gratitude at 6:15pm. The cost for dinner is $7/adult and $5/child. If you would like to make a reservation for dinner, please click the button below and let us know how many to expect. The deadline for reservations is Sunday, November 16th.

Tales and Artifacts featuring Secrets of the Underground Railroad - Virtual Exhibit
In honor of Black history and culture, WMBC welcomes you to this spectacular virtual experience. Crafted by a cherished family friend, you will view handmade quilts from "old patterns stuck in her head" until she was 103 years old!
Learn about fascinating stories of friendship and quilting traditions featuring secret codes used to guide enslaved people along the Underground Railroad!
