Special Events

Community, as well as providing a safe place for it, is very important to us here at WMBC. Throughout the year we host a variety of events for children and families that are open to the public and usually free of charge. We hope you will join us as we continue to build a safe and loving community in Southwest Houston.

Labyrinth Walk

Throughout the Lenten season, a walkable labyrinth is available to you in room 213. Just inside the door, there is a packet of the weekly scripture passages if you would like to reflect upon those during your labyrinth walk, or you may choose to reflect on something of your own choosing. The walkable labyrinth is a sacred space where you are invited to release, receive, return, and reflect.
