Senior Pastor

Craig became Senior Pastor at WMBC in November, 2016. Craig has served 40 years in local church ministry (25 as a pastor) in Waco, Austin, and Houston. He is married to his favorite person in the world, Trisha, and they have two grown children, Andrew and Rebecca.

Some of Craig’s favorite things include Astros baseball, Mexican food, the Beatles and the Eagles, Hitchcock movies, hanging out with Trisha, Key Lime pie, and all Baylor sports.

Craig is a native Houstonian with degrees from Baylor, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (before the fall), and Beeson Divinity School.

Associate Pastor, Worship & Families

Shortly after moving to Houston and becoming a member of the church in 2012, Sarah felt the call to volunteer to direct the choir at WMBC. The call to volunteer eventually led to Sarah begin serving as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Families in 2015 and ordination into ministry in 2021. Each week she aims to create meaningful worship experiences for all generations.

Sarah attended Radford University in Virginia and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. She began studying at Truett Seminary in Houston in the Fall of 2018 and is on track to receive a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry.

She hails from a family with a long history of musicianship and ministry and hopes to continue that legacy with her husband, Johnny, and son.

Associate Pastor, Weekday Preschool Education

Cyndi came to Willow Meadows Baptist Church as a young child in 1962. Volunteering in VBS, and inner-city ministries as well as attending youth camps, bible study and church sponsored ski trips kept her busy as a teen.

As a young adult David and she were married in the WMBC Chapel. They have two married children, Erika and Ryan who were raised at WMBC, and four fun-tastic grandchildren, Haydn, Maddox, Mackenzie and Luca. All of whom attended weekday preschool here.

After teaching kindergarten, she began her career at WMBC. As the Associate Pastor, Weekday Preschool Education, she directs Meadows Preschool, and has the joy of sharing the news of God’s love with families and young children and the joy of working with a wonderful teaching staff.

Facilities Administrator

Greg became involved with Willow Meadows Baptist Church the week after Hurricane Harvey working in the Facilities Department and became Facilities Administrator in June 2018.

He is a native Houstonian and has a B.S. degree, with majors in Music and Music Education from Houston Baptist University and a Masters in Music from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. He served churches as Minister of Music for 20 years.

Additionally, he has experience in Property Management, Real Estate and worked for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra before moving back to Houston.
