Hispanic/Latino Ministries

Hispanic/Latino Ministry's purpose is to give WMBC the opportunity to share the Gospel in our multi-cultural community by reaching people where they are and ministering to their needs.

At this moment we are providing English classes and computer classes for the residents of The Louvre Apartments. English classes are held at the apartments on Fridays at 6:30pm and the computer classes are held at the WMBC campus on Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Mission at Royal Apartments

We are also holding family-building classes, devotionals for children, computer classes at Royal Apartments. The /files/HispanicLatino/Web_Royal Kids.JPGdevotionals for children and family-building classes are held on Mondays from 6:00-8:30 p.m. The English classes are on Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and the computer classes are on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the WMBC campus.

Shearn Elementary
We are also supportive of the PTO of Shearn Elementary School. This new ministry helps us /files/HispanicLatino/Web_Shearn PTO.JPGtouch not only the life of our children but also the parents in our neighborhood. If we have a better understanding of what they need we can plan constructive activities in a holistic way.

Get Involved!

Any Christian can become a missionary for Christ in our multicultural community. Be a volunteer for visitation (we will provide a translator if necessary),  make  donations of furniture, school supplies, and clothes (all ages). The desire to do anything for the Lord through this ministry would be welcome.
