Whether your journey is parenting children, singleness, marriage, career, or something different, you are invited to join us as we share the journey together. May and June finds us examining priorities as we study Ordering Your Private World, a very challenging book by Gordon MacDonald.
Mapquest -- Room 201

Dian Kidd, Teacher
Join us as mapQUEST studies parables of Jesus from the book of Luke for 13 weeks, beginning January 6, 2008. The parables that Jesus taught convey timeless truths about God and our relationship to Him and to one another.
mapQUEST is a very diverse group – some couples, some single parents, some married but attending alone. Most of us are parents of teenagers or “recently-launched” young adults; nearly all of us are also experiencing the challenge of assisting aging parents. Thus, each week we attempt to spend some time in fellowship, Bible study (led by Dian), and praying for one another in a group prayer time (led by Bob). We welcome you to share our quest using the scriptures for our map.

Quest Department -Room 205
Mike Terry, Director

Rod Chalkley, Lee Willis, Esther Holz - Teachers
Join the Quest class in a 12 week study of the book 12 “Christian” Beliefs That Can Drive You Crazy” by Henry Cloud and John Townsend.
We will try to answer questions like “Is it selfish to want my needs met?”. Is guilt good for me ? Is just doing the right thing more important than my motives ?
How would you respond to the following statement: “Despite the violent problems spawned by gangs in urban centers throughout the country, it is in gangs that many young people, ironically, find grace.”
We promise to make you think, listen to your opinions, and maybe even feed you some breakfast goodies. Although we have been described as the “Fun Grandparents” class, all ages are welcome to join us in this interesting study.
